On May 21, 2024, Zachry Holdings, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries initiated a voluntary court-supervised Chapter 11 process that provides them with time and flexibility to resolve issues related to the Golden Pass LNG (GPX) export terminal project in Sabine Pass, TX.
On July 24, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved ZHI’s comprehensive settlement agreement with Golden Pass LNG. This agreement resolves all of the financial and legal disputes among the parties related to the GPX project and paves the way for Zachry to move forward as a stronger company, better positioned for long-term success.
As we turn our focus to completing and exiting from our court-supervised process this fall, we continue to operate all other projects without interruption at the highest safety and quality standards.
